Do not confuse essential oils with cooking oils such as vegetable or olive oil. An essential oil captures the aromatic scent of flavour into the oil and then the bottle. The oils are usually extracted from leaves, tree bark and roots through distillation or a cold press. Once the oils are extracted they are mixed in with a carrier oil ready for use.

How do I pay for my products?

Order Essential Oils accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through a secure checkout which is encrypted for security.

Can I return my products?

We offer a no-quibble 30-day refund policy. Read more here.

Will I be refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method with in 3 to 5 business days. Read more on our policy here.

Can I purchase products in-person?

Unfortunately not at the moment. We are an online-only website who pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and super-quick delivery times.

How long will my order take to ship?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take Handing Time – 5 to 7 days (Mon – Friday) Transit Time – 1 to 2 Days (Mon – Friday). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Read more here.
